We are all unique and require different ingredients for healthy growth. This is also true in the realm of inner work and coaching. Following a modular principle, you can book optional additional tools here—depending on what nourishes you and fosters your growth. You don’t even have to be in a coaching process with me. Once I create the individual tools for you, you are free to use them independently and in your own way. The components can be booked as an addition (ADD-ON) to an ongoing coaching process or as a stand-alone (SOLO EDITION).
You have the option to choose between two alternatives: If you are already in a coaching process with me, you can book your tool as a supplement—an ADD-ON—in the context of an ongoing coaching process.
However, you don’t need to be in a coaching relationship to book these tools. If we haven’t met yet, you can book the tools as SOLO EDITION. A SOLO EDITION therefore requires an additional detailed conversation. This is necessary to gather the information for creating your individual tool.
That’s why the prices for tools as ADD-ON in an ongoing coaching process differ from those as SOLO EDITION.
The creation of your tool can only be initiated after the payment has been received. If you are in an ongoing coaching with me, simply inform me about your additional booking (ADD-ON) during our conversation. If we haven’t met yet and you only want to book the tool as a SOLO EDITION, please schedule the appropriate appointment for the tool in the booking calendar (see Tools).
After our conversation, you will receive the corresponding invoice. Once payment is received, I will start the creation of your individual tool.
The PRO SESSION is a professionally crafted audio session created specifically for you, designed for gentle and sustainable work on your individual core themes. For the creation process, I need a bit of quiet. I allow whatever comes to arise in my connection.
Your core themes are integrated in this session with verbal transformation (see Coaching Tools). The audio may contain messages for your mind and/or touch deeper, subconscious layers within you. The PRO SESSION holds transformative potential, is always individualized, and can accompany and support you for a long time with your core themes.
You will receive at least one audio file in MP3 format, ranging from 30-45 minutes in top quality. In the trance variant, you will even receive two audios.
During our ongoing coaching process, simply let me know if you would like a PRO SESSION as an additional tool. We will discuss your wishes and main topics during the current coaching process.
In the SOLO EDITION, 60 minutes of conversation are included. This time is dedicated to understanding your situation and discussing your wishes and main topics. There is no preliminary talk in the PRO SESSION! You can book your PRO SESSION call directly in the booking calendar:

The MANTRA COMPILATION is a personalized selection of three Sanskrit mantras designed to energetically support you on your journey with current core topics. Each mantra is a prayer that carries its own energy structure and, when chanted with devotion and respect, can have profound effects.
The healing vibration of the mantras is especially potent in the Sanskrit language. Mantras can balance energies and create energetic shifts. Whether it’s fear, anger, protection, clarity, or boundary-setting, each mantra has a unique effect.
Your mantras will be individually selected based on your topics and energetic challenges, and I will sing them for you. You will receive the text in Sanskrit in the form of three beautifully designed mantra cards (PDF). You can print them out and use them along with the audio files for your practice.
You will receive three mantras as audio files in MP3 format, three mantra cards (PDF), and an explanation PDF detailing the background, effects, and qualities of the mantras.
