My connection to words and the awareness of the energy behind them has always been strong. Since I could think, images, feelings, and interrelations have emerged in my consciousness whenever people shared themselves with me. My normality was being sensitive to what was meant or felt by others.
Repeatedly, it has happened that—without thinking about it—my mouth started to produce words, expressing what those around me could not articulate at that moment, but which they were very surprised to hear and confirmed. I had to learn to navigate that mechanism, which I now refer to as verbal transformation.
When there is a sudden self-recognition or a deeper understanding of oneself, tears and laughter often accompany such transformational initiations. Change becomes visible and tangible. These are the most beautiful moments for me: to see a person shine because something truly meaningful has started to move. Feeling understood and validated in the unique language of one’s self can dissolve knots and blockages. Such moments are priceless! It is an honor and a responsibility to be part of such self-liberations.
Meditation and personal prayer have been and continue to be anchors for me to keep my energetic field clear and open. This is a necessity for the neutrality that enables me to be of service to people.
Every living being has its own access to the source and a personal connection to wisdom.
My articles, coaching sessions, and the verbal transformation value this self-determination and are aligned at eye level. From the bottom of my heart, I am grateful to be able to work as I do. It has been a long journey where experience has been my teacher. If you’d like to learn more about my journey, feel free to check this page:
Every person is individual, multidimensional, and valuable.
The true self draws from inherent wisdom, truth, and strength. All people have an individual, energetic signature.
All situations and circumstances are just right for you now. Otherwise, they would be different. We experience despair, insecurity, and indecision only when we do not understand the messages of our true self. Then we lack confidence (in ourselves).
In each moment, our authentic self responds to what we are currently experiencing. These messages give us orientation and direction. To perceive, understand, and consciously use them is part of the mirror process.
If we listen to the voice of our true self, we get closer to our true core. We become clearer and more aware. We feel safer by doing so. Because we then also know how to act. Not because anyone from the outside tells us to, but because we hear and trust our very own truth (don’t confuse it with the ego, though!). This is true self-awareness: when our true self is more conscious to us.
Our true self is not what we think we know. Past experiences and conditioning have shaped us and filter our perceptions, thoughts, and feelings. They have also added noise to our inner universe. But these experiences do not tell us who or what we are (we might think so!).
If we pay attention to the true self and learn to listen, things that have stalled suddenly start moving. Because who would know better what is true and important for you than your true self?
Is that always easy? No. It’s a process! A relationship that has to be taken care of.
Because within us is an inner universe full of different facets, all of them permanently in motion and communication. There is so much noise inside of us.
This hampers our access to truth and intuition because the messages of our true selves are distorted by noise.
The mirror process assists in creating order, clarity, and an overview of your inner universe by reducing noise; communication problems between inner aspects can be solved. This improves access to your individual truth and wisdom.
Each encounter is entered with goodwill, appreciation, 100% attention, and focus from my side. If you want to know about important aspects ofmy work and what roots the coaching is based on, you can read more about my roots & values on this page:
Every human being carries within themselves a colorful universe of different facets or aspects. Some are clearly noticeable, while others aren’t. Some help us in everyday life, while others show up rarely and rather when we are alone. Others may have fallen silent, perhaps due to being traumatized, and have withdrawn over time. They live covertly. Such “vacant spaces” can feel “empty” or “dull” inside ourselves.
These empty places in the inner universe can leave you feeling “unfulfilled.” At the same time, they are undiscovered terrain—a space of not-yet-unfolded potential that can be opened through conscious acceptance and an invitation for these aspects (see the ?´s in the image).
Inner aspects are not equal to emotions. Rather each aspect has its own emotions, needs, blockages and interaction patterns.
All inner aspects are in communication and relationship with each other. If these inner relationships are balanced, the inner aspects interact harmoniously on free communication channels. Such conditions contribute to hearing and understanding the messages of the true self more easily. Consequently, all actions—in profession, relationships, and decision-making—will be much more aligned with one’s own inner wisdom. When one’s truth is clearly felt, concepts or strategies become less important. The inner connectedness and access to the intuitive source then remains stable.
Johann Wolfgang von Goethe approached the idea of the inner universe by stating: “Two souls, alas, are housed within my breast, And each will wrestle for the mastery there.” This may be a slight underestimation, because our being is more complex – multidimensional and multilayered.
Imagine each line in the following figure as a communication pathway….
This complex, internal network of relationships & communications can be disturbed in many ways. Many of our problems result from unhealthy inner relationships. For instance, a toxic relationship on the outside (as well as other problems) reflects blockages, misprogramming, and disturbances in the inner relationship & communication networks.
The mirror process can make inner disturbances and disintegration visible. They can be gently loosened, and the inner balance of communications & relationships can be restored.
The mirror process is always conducted in a mindful way. Your individual pace determines the rhythm—without pressure or constraint. During the process, you may become aware of significant communication breakdowns and disintegration.
The goal of the mirror process is a more conscious inner communication and integration. What previously gaped apart and did not seem to fit together (fragmentation) can be transformed into refragmentation.
Ingredients for the mirror process include honesty, openness, understanding, and acceptance. Lost or withdrawn aspects are invited, including those that have eked out their existence in the realm of shadows. Tabooed thoughts, feelings, fears, dreams, and fantasies are given space, allowed to breathe, and no longer have to be suppressed. Your inner communication can start flowing again. We also consider how you want to express your inner universe on the outside.
The mirror process teaches you to know, understand, and accept yourself. You gain an overview of your inner universe. Your insights and decisions become clearer. Step by step, you can regain your inner and, thus, outer freedom. Because that’s what it’s all about: A freer life!
The first priority in the mirror process is to gently melt cold and frozen inner relationships and communications back into flow. Ice time within the inner team hampers any way forward. If the ice starts to melt through acceptance, the end of an inner ice age takes place – the herald of inner springtime.
An inner ice age is related to destructive factors that block inner communication pathways and unbalance the inner universe.
Destructive factors often correspond to learned hurdles that we have stored within us. Once we become aware of them, we can unlearn them and give them less power. Only by doing this can an inner ice age come to an end. Vitality is restored, and things start to move. This requires the inner work of the mirror process: turning inward. Oftentimes, we try to improve our mental state or change external events through exercises, concepts, and strategies. Such effects can unfold if there is clarity and smooth communication running inside. But honestly, how often are we aware of what is really going on in our inner universe?
Most of the time, we pay too little attention to the most important relationship in our lives: the one with ourselves.
From experience, I can say: We hardly notice how we speak and interact with ourselves inwardly. But this is crucial!
A key hurdle is lack of self-acceptance, along with numerous other hurdles that we unconsciously nurture through destructive self-talk, small thinking, or distracting behavior. They are maintained because we are NOT AWARE of them! In short: We are blocking ourselves without realizing it.
The problem is not that these hurdles exist, because we all have them. It is the fact that we are not aware of them. They operate in silence, and we misinterpret them as reality. This way, we can’t change anything about them either.
Hurdles always create an imbalance in your inner universe. The mirror process makes them visible and conscious, and if desired, they can be mindfully transformed.
If your inner universe is balanced, intuitive solutions will arise. The outside circumstances will automatically rearrange. For instance, toxic relationships will lose traction as soon as you start a healthy and loving inner relationship with yourself.
Diving deep has always been a part of me. Even as a child, a simple answer wasn’t enough! Draining my parents with questions, it is like that today: And here I discovered interrelations that often remained hidden to others. The surface is also important, but if there’s trouble in depth, the surface will never calm down by itself.
Numerous dives proved additionally: The deep holds so much undiscovered life! Even though shoals can be intimidating, an exploration is worthwhile in any case. This applies also to our being & soul. Also here, we have so much that we haven’t discovered yet, areas we haven’t tapped into.
Like the ocean, we are subject to the forces of nature – our inner tides. Knowing and understanding these inner tides is a real navigational aid through the storms of life. If we pervade and fathom the deep layers of our inner ocean, we suddenly understand the movements on the surface.
Concepts are sometimes helpful. They help us in understanding certain fragments of our inner universe much better. Be it the polyvagal theory, the concept of narcissism/co-narcissism, or co-dependency.
All these ideas and concepts have a function: they are tools in the process of recognition. Unfortunately, we humans tend to over-identify. That’s why letting go of concepts sometimes is equal to getting rid of a cage. The mirror process in the inner universe requires us to widen and open ourselves to new possibilities – rather than sticking to a single, narrow concept. This also applies to my coaching in toxic relationships.
